For 20 years, I’ve delighted in the ever-changing beauty of the vineyards surrounding my home in South West France.

More recently, I’ve also come to appreciate the health benefits from moderate consumption of pure red wine.   The anti-oxidants (e.g. resveratrol and quercetin) combat both cancer and cardiovascular disease – the two biggest killers of our times.

You will be amazed to discover just how easy and fulfilling it can be to raise your own grapes, ferment the grape juice and then enjoy your own delicious, pure, healthy wine.

Sure it takes a little study, patience and some mild effort out in your garden.  But you will be amply rewarded by the relief from stress and the sense of well-being that you experience from a little light work in the fresh air.

And by the amazing thrill of achievement you will enjoy when you taste delicious wine made entirely from your own grapes.  And share it with your friends for a fraction of the cost of store-bought, chemical rubbish.
